7:00-8:00am ~ Morning Yoga ( begins Nov.11 )

WEDNESDAY
1:00-2:00pm ~ Restoration Yoga (begins Nov. 12 for 4 weeks )
5:30pm ~  Vinyasa Flow

THURSDAY
7:00-8:00am ~ Morning Yoga (begins Nov. 13th)
3:30-4:30pm ~ Beginner Yoga (5 weeks, pre-register)
7:00pm ~ Slow Flow Vinyasa

SATURDAY
9:30am ~ Morning Stretch Vinyasa

Kids Yoga! (ages 7-11) 4 weeks, begins Nov. 15th

Private and on-site sessions ~ Gift certificates ~ Mastercard/Visa accepted.

Tips for class participation:

~ Please arrive a few minutes early

~ Try not to eat a heavy meal 1 to 2 hrs. prior to practice

~ Come well hydrated

~ We provide mats, but it's recommended to bring your own for hygiene reasons

~ Inform your teacher of any physical or health limitations before class begins

~ It's a good idea to bring a towel

~ Yoga is for everyone! Respect your body, know your limits, and practice at your own pace. We don't compare or compete. Yoga is about letting go, being in the present moment, and self-acceptance.

We're here to help guide those new to yoga and those who have practiced for many years into a deeper path. We don't believe in levels at Sangam Yoga. We all practice together as one, and yet, at our own pace.... honoring our own bodies' wisdom.
