"Hi Kim~
I just wanted to say that I love Sangam Yoga and Wellness. I've
always been interested in yoga but am really scared to do things on my
own--super self conscious and all that. Anyway, I thought that it was
perfect when, while at the Raven, I came across a flyer for couples
yoga. My friend and I went and had a great time...and I finally got
the guts to begin going to yoga! Due to my busy schedule (work, grad
school, family commitments) I can't seem to get to the studio as much
as I would like but I have begun to practice at home and find myself
telling everyone that will listen how great yoga is.
I have several health problems, one of which is scoliosis. Some
nights, due to my scoliosis, I find it difficult or near impossible to
sleep. Since I have begun my yoga practice I find that these nights
have become a rare occurance. It seems as though my other health
problems aren't such an issue as they were prior to yoga.
I'm really shy and have never felt like I was very good at
anything. But every time I practice and see that I can hold a pose
longer or stretch farther it gives me confidence and makes me feel
better about myself. I've also been exposed to more people that are
interested in yoga and they seem to be such a creative and positive
group. I really feel that yoga has improved my life!
Kim, you remembered my name since the first class and always made
me feel welcome and at ease. I am so thankful that I found you and
Sangam!"
